Bureau to list hydrolysis and reduction facilities online

SB 861 extends the Bureau's online license disclosures to hydrolysis and reduction facilities.

SB 861 (Chapter 592, Statutes of 2025) requires the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau to disclose information on licensed hydrolysis and reduction facilities on the internet, in addition to the licensee information existing law already requires it to post.
